When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the type of solar work you need, an indicative electricity bill range, and any message you choose to add. We also record the page you submitted from and your IP address for security and anti-spam purposes.
How we use it
We use your information solely to match you with up to 3 CEC-accredited solar installers and to pass your enquiry to those installers so they can prepare quotes. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry details are shared with the installers we match you to, so they can contact you with a quote. By submitting the form you consent to this referral. We share data with our email delivery provider (Resend) purely to transmit your enquiry to us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
