The service we provide
Solar Panels Adelaide, a trading name of Loudachris Digital Marketing, operates a lead-generation and referral service. We connect South Australian homeowners and businesses with Clean Energy Council accredited solar installers. We do not install, sell, design or service solar systems ourselves.
No installer relationship
Any contract for the supply and installation of a solar system is made directly between you and the installer you choose. We are not a party to that contract. All product warranties, workmanship warranties and consumer guarantees rest with the installer and the equipment manufacturers, not with us.
Quotes and information
Prices, rebate figures, feed-in tariffs and payback estimates on this site are general information only and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. Solar rebates and feed-in tariffs change - the federal STC and battery rebates taper over time. Always confirm current figures with your installer and your electricity retailer before signing a contract.
Installer accreditation
We verify that the installers in our network hold current Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation and a valid SA Electrical Contractor's licence before connecting you to them, and we re-verify these credentials periodically. We do not guarantee the workmanship, conduct or financial standing of any installer. We recommend you obtain 3 quotes and compare specifications and warranties before deciding.
No fee to you
Our referral service is free to the homeowner or business making the enquiry. Installers in our network may pay us a referral fee when work proceeds. You are under no obligation to accept any quote.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Loudachris Digital Marketing is not liable for any loss arising from the work, conduct or quotes of any installer, or from reliance on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
